Media under terrorism

I just recently watched an episode of "South Park" called cartoon wars. It's a funny episode and definitely recommend it. But the reason I write about it isn't because I think it's funny. The actual reason is that the episode points out a very true point in America today. The plot of the episode is that Cartman is trying to get the show "Family Guy" banned because he hates being compared to it, but he uses the excuse that he is trying to get it banned because "Family Guy" is going to show a cartoon representation of the prophet Muhammad. The reason, in the episode, is that showing the prophet Muhammad will result in terrorist attacks on the US. As the story progress Cartman tries to get "Family Guy" banned and Kyle tries to stop Cartman under the grounds of free speech. In the end Kyle wins and the family guy episodes airs. The episode is shown but right before Muhammad is shown a black screen appears saying, "Comedy Central refuses to show Muhammad in light of recent events." Now I believe that censorship is required every now and then but only when it is on are terms. This right here shows that the US has fallen under terrorist control. Terrorism is by definition the act to instill fear in a people and use this fear to control them. America is being controlled by terrorists. When we give up our freedoms for convience or safety we are loosing are rights. Regardless of the reason, loosing rights is loosing rights.
